Hillel offers Ithaca College students students numerous opportunities for leadership development, student meetings, cultural programs, social gatherings, community service, informal education, religious celebrations, and the experience of community.
This is an open, welcoming, pluralistic student community. Every self-affirming Jew who studies or works on campus is considered a member of the Jewish community at Ithaca College. Shabbat services are held Friday evenings and holidays. There is excellent Kosher dining on campus, and many arts programs, student internships, a strong social organization, and lots of cultural events. Leadership opportunities are provided through an extensive and engaged student board. This board creates and manages the programming for our award-winning organization. In 2014 Hillel at Ithaca College was recognized by Hillel International as a leader in student engagement amongst all world-wide Hillels.
