Documenting history through video and the written word is an essential part of Holocaust education. Videos of families who escaped the Holocaust and settled in Ithaca is a project of the Holocaust Education Committee of the Ithaca Area United Jewish Community. Videos were created and produced with assistance from Ithaca College Park Scholars, students at the Park School of Communication. These are available to educators and knowledge seekers for uses in the classroom and beyond.
In addition, several local Holocaust survivors and their descendants have published biographies and memoirs.
