Auburn Public Theater runs "My Son the Waiter" August 11 to 20

My Son the Waiter

If you ever longed for something, if you ever desired it with all your heart, if you were willing to wait tables for 29 years to pursue your dream then My Son The Waiter will give meaning to your Life!

My Son The Waiter is Actor/Comedian Brad Zimmerman’s hilarious and inspiring story about the grit and passion required to ‘make it’ as an artist and the sweet rewards that come from never giving up on your dream.

Brad Zimmerman has paid his dues. He spent 29 years “temporarily” waiting tables in New York, all the while chasing a career in acting and comedy. He tells of his pursuit, along with stories about his childhood, family, and misbegotten love life with warmth, wit, self deprecating humor, and wicked charm, and combines his years of training as an actor with his innate comedic talent.

The Auburn Public Theater is presenting this hilarious production on Thursdays at 2 and 7:30 PM, Fridays at 8 PM and Saturdays at 2 and 8 PM. For more information go to auburnpublictheater.org/events/my-son-the-waiter/.
